About us

Established for nearly seven years, Innovations Institute of Medical Transcription (IIMT) has grown steadily year after year to become one of India’s leading Medical Transcription companies. We currently have 200+ transcriptionists + 50 editors and a highly experienced technical support group. Our valuable experience, skilled transcriptionists and advanced technology allow us to process cost effective, high quality medical transcription of all disciplines, for single doctors, clinics, practices and hospitals of all magnitude. Accuracy coupled with efficiency is the strong point of IIMT. Scaling greater heights, the Company has broadened its horizons since its inception in October 1999 at Bangalore.

We are individuals with multi-disciplinary expertise and with one common vision - to be the premier medical transcription company delivering services with unparalleled accuracy and speed while maintaining data privacy.

IIMT is a partnership company owned by Mr. Shivaram and Mr. Arvind. Both had the past experience of running their own software training and IT enabled services for more than six years before launching IIMT in the year 1999. Also, worked in both Indian and Multinational Companies for many years and successfully managed the company’s affairs in product design, development & Marketing sectors.

A team of thorough professionals with hands-on knowledge in related areas of medical sciences and medical transcription efficiently manage the Company administrative procedures with apt man-management skills. The Company presently executes medical transcription-related work for US based physicians.

INFRASTRUCTURE

IIMT is located in the heart of the Bangalore city with a spacious office area extending to 3,000 sq ft. IIMT is housed with 150 plus state-of-art computer terminals connected via Local Area Network (LAN) to three servers of high-end configuration, in an air-conditioned office. All the terminals are connected to Internet via 512 Kbps of broadband Internet connectivity. IIMT has more than one ISP as a measure of backup since the entire flow of jobs happens via Internet.
